Shipping and delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Jupe by Jackie ships worldwide. Depending on the item and its availability, orders are dispatched directly from the Jupe by Jackie atelier in India or from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Most pieces are made to order and all are embroidered individually by hand. Preparation times therefore depend on the availability of the item and the work involved.

Made-to-order pieces are usually ready for dispatch within 5 to 7 working days.
Items that are already in stock are normally dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.
During busy periods, including Sale and Christmas, preparation may take a little longer.

If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order pieces, or items dispatched from different locations, your order may arrive in separate parcels. We will contact you if this affects the delivery of your order.

Shipping destinations and fees

European Union

Shipping within the European Union is complimentary. We generally use DHL Parcel for deliveries within the EU.

United Kingdom

Shipping to the United Kingdom is complimentary for orders of £500 or more. For orders below £500, a flat shipping fee of £45 applies.

United States

Shipping to the United States is complimentary for orders of $500 or more. For orders below $500, a flat shipping fee of $45 applies.

All orders to the United States are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import duties, taxes and applicable customs charges are covered by Jupe by Jackie. No additional import costs will be due upon delivery.

Other international destinations

Shipping outside the European Union is complimentary for orders of €500 or more. For orders below €500, a flat shipping fee of €45 applies.

International orders are generally dispatched with FedEx or DHL. The available delivery method is shown during checkout and may vary by destination.

Is my parcel insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from the Jupe by Jackie warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. In the same way, the costumer has responsibility over the items during returns.
