Many Jupe by Jackie pieces are made to order. Hand embroidery naturally lends itself to this way of working, allowing each selected piece to be created individually rather than produced in large quantities.
It also creates opportunities for personalisation. Depending on the design, adjustments can be made to fit, length, proportion, colour or embroidery. For requests that go beyond these existing options, a fully bespoke project may also be possible.

For XXL, this approach is applied as standard. Customisation is also available across other sizes.

WOMEN
Change short sleeves into long sleeves
As each Jupe by Jackie piece starts at an embroidery screen, we have the unique opportunity to make changes in your selected piece.
If you love the piece, shown here with short, puffy, or three quarter sleeves, and you prefer long sleeves then there is no problem at all to execute accordingly.
Ask for the the small extra price we charge for this customisation.
Shorten or lengthen the skirt or dress
No woman the same. If the measurement chart learns you that a certain length won't fit for your body then do not hesitate to ask us to make it work for you. Lengthen or shorten, both ways! If there is no extra embroidery involved, we will execute your request against no extra charges.
Add sleeves to a sleeveless dress or top
Jackie loves the sleeveless look, but understands very well there are women who prefer the long sleeves.
Happy to inform that most of these pieces will qualify for this request.

Change the collar
Jupe by Jackie has a lot of lovers in Asia, who love the round girly collar. But..... if you change that "sweet" collar into a square- or even more pointy collar, the piece will change dramatically.

MEN
Choose your width
Ties are a personal statement. David Hockney famously favours a wider style.
Most Jupe by Jackie ties are created in a width of 9 cm, but can be adjusted to 7, 8, 8.5 or 10 cm. Simply let us know which width suits you best, and we will create your perfect tie.
Extra length
Tall men may need a little extra length. Simply let us know, and we will adjust your tie at no additional charge.
Add a monogram
For a personal touch, we can add a monogram to the reverse of your tie or bow tie. Simply send us your initials and preferred font, and we will create it accordingly.
Monogramming is available for an additional 40.
Choose your colours
Navy can become black, black can become brown. You know which colours suit you best.
For the silk base, choose from navy, brown, black or pearl grey. Embroidery colours can be adjusted in virtually endless combinations.
Enjoy making it your own. The result will be entirely personal.
LIFESTYLE
For professional clients ( hotel and installations ) as well as individual clients Jupe by Jackie offers a bespoke service for one-off pieces, realising lots of character.
Choose a fringe or piping border
Jackie loves the completion of a fringe, but knows that handmade fringes make the cushion more costly.
If you love a specific design but the price is too high, simply ask to leave out the fringe and to change it for a piping.
80 euro's for that adjustment we will take of your price.
Change the base colour or embroidery colour
Matching, matching, matching.
Don't stroll around for days to search for that specific colour you are missing in your interior.
At Jupe by Jackie we have colours that limit the sky.

Give your vintage chair a new jacket

TOTE BAGS
Shorten or lenghten the strap
No body the same. A strap that's too short or too long is not what you want. Please tell us your ideal strap length and we will make it accordingly against no extra costs.
Add a Monogram
For a personal touch we can monogram your Tote bag at the back. Send us your Initials and preferred font and we will execute accordingly.

Customisation always depends on the construction, fabric and embroidery of the selected design. Not every adjustment is possible for every piece.
Smaller adjustments may be available without an additional charge outside promotional periods. Changes to construction, materials or embroidery may affect the final price. Any additional costs will always be confirmed before production begins.
A customised or bespoke piece may take up to three weeks to produce, depending on the request and the amount of handwork involved.
Because these pieces are made to individual specifications, customised and bespoke orders fall under adapted return conditions and cannot normally be returned unless faulty. Please review the return conditions before ordering.

Can every Jupe by Jackie piece be customised?
No. The possibilities depend on the construction, fabric and placement of the embroidery.
Can a tie be ordered in a different width or length?
Yes. Most ties can be ordered in a width of 7, 8, 8.5, 9 or 10 cm, and a custom length can also be requested.
How long does a customised piece take to make?
