Shipping and delivery

Jupe by Jackie ships worldwide. Depending on the item and its availability, orders are dispatched directly from the Jupe by Jackie atelier in India or from the warehouse in the Netherlands.

Most pieces are made to order and all are embroidered individually by hand. Preparation times therefore depend on the availability of the item and the work involved.

Made-to-order pieces are usually ready for dispatch within 5 to 7 working days.
Items that are already in stock are normally dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.

During busy periods, including Sale and Christmas, preparation may take a little longer.

If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order pieces, or items dispatched from different locations, your order may arrive in separate parcels. We will contact you if this affects the delivery of your order.

Please note that these are preparation times. Delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the available tracking information. Delivery times depend on the destination, dispatch location and carrier.

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if any information needs to be corrected.

European Union

Shipping within the European Union is complimentary. We generally use DHL Parcel for deliveries within the EU.

United Kingdom

Shipping to the United Kingdom is complimentary for orders of £500 or more. For orders below £500, a flat shipping fee of £35 applies.

United States

Shipping to the United States is complimentary for orders of $500 or more. For orders below $500, a flat shipping fee of $45 applies.

All orders to the United States are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import duties, taxes and applicable customs charges are covered by Jupe by Jackie. No additional import costs will be due upon delivery.

Other international destinations

Shipping outside the European Union is complimentary for orders of €500 or more. For orders below €500, a flat shipping fee of €45 applies.

International orders are generally dispatched with FedEx or DHL Express. The available delivery method may vary by destination.

European Union

Prices for orders delivered within the European Union include the applicable VAT for the country of delivery. Any import formalities related to the dispatch location are handled by Jupe by Jackie. Customers will not be charged additional import costs upon delivery.

United States, DDP

Orders to the United States are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Duties, taxes and customs charges are included and covered by Jupe by Jackie.

United Kingdom and other international destinations, DAP

Unless stated otherwise during checkout, orders to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and other destinations outside the European Union and the United States are shipped Delivered at Place (DAP).

Local import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges may be collected by the carrier before or upon delivery.

Your order remains the responsibility of Jupe by Jackie until it has been delivered to you or to a person designated by you.

If your parcel is delayed, appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. If an order arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging and take clear photographs of both the parcel and the item.
