Shipping options and fees
Jupe by Jackie uses DHL Parcel as its courier partner within Europe and DHL Express for destinations outside Europe.
If you prefer a delivery by International Postal Service, please allow a delivery time up to 3 weeks with limited tracking information.
All orders above $ / € 500,- will be shipped free of charge worldwide. For orders below $ / € 500,- a flat shipping rate will be charged, regardless the size of the parcel.
The Netherlands: € 8,-
Europe: € 20,-
Rest of the World: € 40,- (€ 30,- with International Postal Service)
Orders to countries outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes upon receival. These additional charges must be rendered by you in order for your package to clear customs.
Will there be any additional costs to my order? What are customs clearance fees?
All goods entering your country will be declared to customs. Depending on the value of the goods, you may be required to pay VAT and other import duties. These costs may be paid at the time of picking up your shipment at a retail point or you may receive a payment request by e-mail, which includes a link that lets you complete the aditional payment.
Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.
How is VAT charged
Customers within Europe pay VAT as per the individual country rules.
Customers outside of the European Union and the UK, can shop tax free and will not be charged for any tax. But duties and VAT fees may be charged upon arrival in your country. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.
After selecting your delivery address, the prices will include the VAT percentage that is applicable for your destination.
Is my parcel insured?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from the Jupe by Jackie warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. In the same way, the costumer has responsibility over the items during returns.
When will my order be shipped?
If the item(s) you bought is in stock, we aim to ship within 1-3 working days. Please note: this may differ at busy times such as Sale times and Christmas.
If you ordered a customised item or if you ordered an item marked "Made to order", shipping may take up to 3 weeks.
When you place an order consisting of items, both in stock and made to order, we will get in touch to go through your delivery preference.
