How do I return my order

If not completely satisfied with your order you may request a return of merchandise during the seven days following the delivery of your order. The items should be returned to us unworn and in perfect condition.

Shipping charges for returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser's credit or banking card within one week of receiving the returned product. Customized items are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or delivery error.

If you prefer, Jupe by Jackie can provide a prepaid FedEx shipping label. The cost of the label is US$ 80 for returns from the USA, or € 20 for returns within Europe. This amount will be deducted from your reimbursement once the return is processed. You can print the label and drop off the package at your nearest FedEx location.

Please note that we can only process returns that are announced in advance. When requesting a return, please inform us if you prefer a prepaid label or if you will send the item back at your own expense.

We kindly ask you to study the measurement chart carefully.

And if you are not 100% sure, do ask us to assist you in selecting your best fitting size. This way you will prevent a disappointment and both of us are loyal to the climate, by not sending parcels up and down by air.

Please know that we also offer a bespoke service for special adjustments free of charge.

If you after all do need to exchange for a different size, please place a new order and return the unwanted item(s) for a refund following our Returns Policy.

I have received a faulty product, what should I do?

If you have received the wrong item or if you think your product has suffered a manufacturing fault, please contact us and we will do our outmost to solve the issue as soon as possible.

Not entitled are faults that are caused by misuse, an accident, normal wear and tear or by not following the care label.

We will help you manage the shipment back to us, and make sure a new item is sent to you. Since we need to establish the details of the damage before we decide how to return the item, please do not send anything back to us without our confirmation.
